How does all started?

In 1920, professional baseball was given top priority throughout America in comparison to professional football. But in the recent years due to the increase popularity of NFL sports as being observed and viewed by millions of fans has helped professional football sport to conceal professional baseball sport in every possible aspect. NFL has become the most fascinating and favorite game for any NFL fan. But the Super Bowl has huge spectators in comparison to the World Series annually.

National Football League also known as NFL has created a legacy of its own over the past 90 years. NFL sport helps in building countless and strong relations between friends who play football in their parking lots or between a father and a son who have a common interest in playing the same game i.e. football. Due to all these reasons NFL will continue to be the most loved and admired sport by it fans across America not only in the present year but also for the years to come.

NFL sport fans show their true love and support for their favorite NFL team or player by wearing a NFL jersey. Hence the demand of NFL jerseys has been increasing in the market. NFL fans spend millions every year on the purchase of football collectibles and NFL jerseys. Therefore, manufacturing companies invest a lot on the production of NFL jerseys and accessories as most of the marketing potential is linked with NFL sport. Today football players are no longer required to wear padded leather helmets to protect themselves for getting injured because advanced technology over these 90 years has invented new methods and techniques that can shield and protect professional football players from any wound and injuries. Several transformations have been made to these NFL uniforms that make these jerseys look stylish and fashionable. You may consider it superstitious even today when football fans wear old-fashioned NFL jerseys in order to boost the confidence and cheer their favorite team players when they need it the most. Thus by wearing either an old style NFL jersey or a modern NFL jersey these uniforms both help in showing your true harmony towards your favorite team players.

A NFL team named Denver Broncos in 1986 had a unique dress code i.e. orange crush uniforms that were made of bright orange and blue color schemes. These uniforms were worn by professional players through numerous championship tournaments. Finally in 1996, this NFL team altered some changes to the color of their uniforms by designing their uniforms having average choice of colors. Hence their NFL jerseys were made up of dark blue and plain orange accents. Thus Denver Broncos gained popularity and endorsement from all the football fans worldwide when they won two Super Bowls nonstop. In the football stadium on special occasions you will also hear the whisper and see fans gossiping about old number 7 on the field when Broncos are dressed in their classy orange football jerseys.

The Cleveland Browns began their first professional football career in 1946 by wearing white leather helmets. Ten years later in 1956, they changed the color of their helmet to dark orange having white stripes on it. Currently these dark orange helmets are being used by professional football players. Although the tradition has been a strong foundation for the Cleveland Browns they have been eluded by the Super Bowl during these years. Hence the uniforms of Browns have not been modernized.

Therefore you should always support and cheer your favorite NFL team players by wearing official NFL jerseys despite of their past history. The NFL jerseys should also have the name and number of your favorite football player printed on it. Further you are allowed to wear either a current NFL jersey or even a classic old fashioned jersey. This not only gives joy and satisfaction to your grandparents but also makes them feel proud. Apart from these, it is also become an American ritual that entire football fans wear jerseys of their favorite team's colors on Sunday afternoon for few hours to show their appreciation and unity for their favorite player.

The best NFL coaches ever

The National Football League has seen some great coaches in it's 90-plus year history. The league was formed in 1920, and the coach of one of it's original franchises, George Halas of the Decatur Staleys, purchased the team in 1921, relocated the team to Chicago and renamed them the Chicago Bears in 1922. The team won the league championship in 1921, and was easily the dominant team during the early years of the league. For the next 40 years, Halas was the guiding force behind the team, leading them to six championships, the last in 1963. His all-time record, 324-151-31, ranks second for most victories.

The winningest all-time coach is Don Shula (347-173-6) who won two championships with the Miami Dolphins, and his 1972 team remains the only NFL team to complete an entire season with an undefeated record. Shula also holds the record for the most Super Bowl appearances by a coach with six. The league's all-time winningest coach by percentage (.740) is the legendary Vince Lombardi, after whom the trophy awarded to the Super Bowl-winning team is named. Lombardi led the Green Bay Packers to the first two Super Bowl titles, and is considered one of the greatest motivators in NFL history. Chuck Noll of the Pittsburgh Steelers won four Super Bowl titles, the most of any coach. Noll's prowess was on the defensive side of the ball, credited with developing the famed "Steel Curtain" defense of the late 1970's. Three coaches, Bill Belichick, Joe Gibbs and Bill Walsh, each have three Super Bowl titles. Belichick is still active (New England), and is generally considered the best coach currently in the league. Gibbs led the Washington Redskins to three Super Bowl titles under three different quarterbacks. Walsh, the genius behind the potent West Coast offense, was considered perhaps the most innovative offensive coach of all time.

There are currently 22 coaches who've been elected to the NFL Hall of Fame, among them such legendary figures as George Allen, Paul Brown, Al Davis, Bud Grant, Tom Landry, John Madden, and Hank Stram. These coaches have a combined eight Super Bowl appearances among them, with four championships.

Retired coaches who probably will soon be enshrined into the Hall of Fame are such illustrious names as Tony Dungy, Bill Cowher and Dick Vermeil, each of whom led their teams to at least one Super Bowl championship.

Among the current crop of NFL coaches, several have shown enormous potential to one day be included in the conversation of the "best" coaches of all-time. Besides Belichick, they include Mike Tomlin of Pittsburgh, Lovie Smith of Chicago, Andy Reid of Philadelphia and Tom Coughlin of the New York Giants. Tomlin became the toungest head coach to win a Super Bowl in 2009.

Best teams in the National Football League

Here is my description of the top ten teams in the NFL. This season looks to be a roller coaster and a lot of teams will have trouble staying on top of this list. This was written after week seven so things may change from now to later in the season.

10. Dallas Cowboys:
They are 4-3 in their division, and that is one tough NFC East division. The Redskins and Giants make for tough competition. Plus the Eagles don't just rollover on teams. They have struggled lately, due in part to injuries and suspensions, (cough, cough, Pac Man Jones).

9. New England Patriots:
Even without Tom Brady the Patriots are still winning games. Matt Cassel is decent from time to time enough to get things done. The defense has been getting fired up recently as they held the high powered Denver offense to seven points.

8. Carolina Panthers:
Jake Delhomme and Steve Smith are back to their old habits; winning. Their offense is clicking on all cylinders. Their defensive backs Ken Lucas and Chris Gamble keep opponents from easily getting to the end zone.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers:
Jon Gruden has formed another great offense with this Buccaneers team. It seems they throw on every down. Jeff Garcia is looking to be in his best from this season. Their defense could use work, but is still good enough to slow down opponents.

6. Arizona Cardinals:
Kurt Warner is looking good at quarterback this year. He has many targets to throw to in Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin. At running back Edgerrin James and Tim Hightower combine for a decent combo in the back field. They have some of the better safeties in the league on defense.

5. Washington Redskins:
Second in their division the Redskins are showing they can be one of the best in the league. Jason Campbell is proving to everyone that he is for real and is keeping his starting job. Santana Moss has been off and on this season, but puts up big numbers when he is on.

4. Buffalo Bills:
Trent Edwards and Lee Evans provide a powerful punch at quarterback and wide receiver. Buffalo is on top of their division and will have to fight off and climbing Patriots team.

3. Pittsburgh Steelers:
Don't over look this team, they are undefeated in their division and conference. They are also on a three game winning streak. Good offense with Ben Roethlesberger and Hines Ward. Great defense with Troy Polamalu and Lamarr Woodley.

2. N.Y. Giants:
If they didn't have a loss they would be first on this list. It was a hard call as they have a tougher division then the team above them. They are playing as well as ever, maybe dare I say, better than last year.

1. Tennessee Titans:
6-0, the only undefeated team left in the league. That speaks for itself, Jeff Fischer has kept this team together despite losing Vince Young in the beginning. He is going to keep playing Kerry Collins at quarterback until he struggles or loses games. Their rookie running back Chris Johnson has really proved that he can get big gains and touchdowns. Johnson is a decent sleeper pick for rookie of the year.
